CONSULTANT BIOGRAPHIES
Julie Allen
Julie Allen, co-founder of Bella Bleu Color,
believes it is inner beauty that transforms people,
and that outer improvements simply allow that inner
beauty to shine through!
With that premise Bella Bleu
Color, a Color Consulting Studio in Pittsford, New
York came to fruition. After having her own personal
color analysis done in 2003, she knew that this was
a service that other women and men could benefit from.
With over 20 years in the corporate world, specifically
in the Human Resources and Marketing arena, assisting
individuals with their appearance, image and self-confidence
seemed a perfect fit. She became certified in Personal
Color Analysis in 2004, and has been working to bring
professional personal color analysis to the Rochester
community ever since.
In addition to her degree
in Communications/Journalism Julie successfully ran
her own Marketing Business for several years. These
skills allow her to focus on the design, marketing
and development of the business.
Julie is an active participant
in the Penfield School District’s PTA having
held a variety of positions including President. Julie,
her husband Mike and their three children reside in
Penfield, New York.
Kerry Stich
After graduating from Syracuse University
with a BS degree in Personnel Management, Kerry worked
for over 15 years in the retail industry as a Human
Resources Executive. While Kerry worked at Sporting
Dog Specialties, World of Science and People’s
Pottery respectively, each company was honored with
Rochester’s #1 growing company distinction.
Kerry’s responsibility in these high paced,
rapidly growing organizations was to oversee the design,
development and implementation of all aspects of the
Human Resources Department.
Kerry became interested in
Personal Color Analysis after observing the dramatic
effect wearing the right colors had on her coworker,
Julie Allen. She realized what an important resource
this simple natural tool would be not only to people
in the Human Resources field, but also to those in
all professions. Kerry was certified in Personal Color
Analysis in 2004 and has been working to bring professional
personal color analysis to the Rochester community
ever since. As a co-founder of Bella Bleu Color, Kerry
has overseen the design and development of all aspects
of the business.
In addition to her professional
endeavors, Kerry has been an active member of the
community. She has held a variety of positions within
the National Human Resources Association including
President of the Rochester chapter. She has also volunteered
extensively in her children’s school district
and a variety of other volunteer positions throughout
the community.

NY with her husband Jack and her two children.
